Mexico “Chiapas”

The Region :
This delicious coffee is sourced from family-owned farms located on the eastern slopes of the Sierra Madre mountain range
within the state of Chiapas, Mexico. These coffees grow near the Guatemalan border and are known as some of the very
best Mexico coffees.
Particularities :
Mexico is the third exporter of Central America, with about 3 million bags per crop. Very well known for its fine Arabicas,
Mexico is also a fertile land for the production of organic coffees, grown without the use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides
or other harmful chemicals. And since a few years, Mexico produces also very good Robustas, on natural or washed process.
